Good luck trying to convince a judge to hold a jury trial because the plaintiff didn't know how pricey arbitration would be! I started laughing when you said that.Funny stuff. If you have any case precedent for that argument, let us know. But I think the Supreme Court's? ruling holds firm and no judge will waste fifteen seconds of his time (or anyone else's) considering such nonsense and will kick it to the arbitration panel.
